Maltodextrin Powder, Tapioca based, is an almost flavourless starch used to stabilse high fat ingredients, and can be used to turn them into a powder such as olive oil, caramel, peanut butter, Nutella and these are then transformed to give a melt-in-the-mouth experience to the palate.
