Ingredients
Chocolate Cranberry and Pistachio Balls
- 1/2 cup dried raspberries (you can also use cranberries)
- 6 medjool dates, seeds removed
- 1/2 cup natural roughly chopped pistachios
- 3 tablespoon Equagold Dutch Cocoa
- Optional - roughly chopped Chocolate chunks
Method
Place the ingredients into your food processor and blend at high speed until Mixed
- Roll the mixture into balls and place into the fridge to set
- Dust with Equagold Dutch Cocoa
- Decorate with pistachio halves and a touch of raspberry
