Equagold Fudge Brownie to die for!

Serves:Serves 15-20 depending on big you cut the pieces!!

Ingredients

200g butter melted
1 ½ cup castor sugar
1/2 cup Equagold Raw Vanilla Sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp Equagold Pure Vanilla Extract
1 cup Equagold Premium Dutch Cocoa
¾ cup Plain flour
¾ cup Pecans or walnuts
½ cup Equagold's Dark or White chocolate Callets

Method

Add the sugar and egg to the melted butter & mix until thick
Add Equagold Vanilla Extract
Mix in the Cocoa and stir until combined
Fold in the flour and add the nuts and Chocolate Bits.
Spread into a greased and lined square baking tin and bake at 160° for 45 minutes,
Remove from the oven and allow to cool while still in the tin

To Serve: Simply Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve in wedges or squares with cream... or get creative and decorate with drizzled Equagold Chocolate and Vanilla Syrup, cream and edible gold leaf and flower petals. The options are endless!
