Oozy Rich Chocolate and Blueberry Brownie

Ingredients
- 185g Butter
- 85g Flour
- 270g Caster Sugar
- 150g Blueberries
- 185g Dark Chocolate 50% plus another 50g
- 50g White Chocolate
- 40g Dutch Cocoa
- 3 Eggs
Method
Cut the cold butter into cubes and melt on a double boiler with 185g of chocolate Sift the dutch cocoa through a sieve Chop 50g of the white chocolate and the other 50g of dark chocolate Separately beat the eggs and sugar until they become creamy and pale Pour in melted chocolate over the egg mix and gently fold together Fold in the dutch cocoa and flour Add the chopped chocolate and the blueberries Put into an oven at 106 C for 25 minutes.
