DELIVERY

All New Zealand orders are dispatched from the Equagold factory address in Hobsonville, Auckland via Post Haste.

  • Delivery made between 9am-5pm Monday – Friday.
  • North Island delivered within 2-4 business days after order is placed.
  • South Island delivered within 2 – 6 business days after your order is placed

Products purchased online will be delivered to your shipping address in your order at your cost (at the rate specified, unless provided as a free shipping promotion), within a reasonable time of accepting your order.

Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel any order or part of any order as delivery can sometimes be effected by delivery companies, natural disasters, weather. We use reputable courier companies at all times.

We may deliver the Products to you by instalments.
You will be notified if we need to do this.

We will re-deliver, replace or refund the Product (at our option) if we have incorrectly addressed the delivery. We do not take any responsibility if you gave an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

We remain the owner of the Products we supply to you until you have paid in full all amounts that you owe us for all the Products. The Products are at your risk as soon as they leave our premises for delivery to you. Some of our products are perishable, we are not held liable for product delayed due to delivery issues (and therefore damaged) by any transport or shipping company.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Subject to your lawful rights, we only accept the return of Products if:

we accept that the Products were faulty or damaged at the time of delivery, in which case we will replace the Products or credit your Credit Card Account with a full refund; or if you have received a Product from us that is different to to your order, we will replace the incorrect Product with the correct Product or credit your Credit Card Account with a full refund.

Notification of faulty goods needs to be made within 24 hours of receiving your goods. You must refer to your purchase order/reciept – for reference.

All faulty or damaged product must be returned.

You must pay all costs of returning Products to us, however, we will refund those costs if we accept the return of Products under clause 10.

All Products returned must be in their original condition and packaging along with any accompanying accessories and an explanation for returning the Products.
