Aromatics Citrus, Honey & Star Anise Ham Glaze 250g
To glaze your cooked Ham:
Remove skin score the surface by making diagonal cuts about 5mm deep. Put Ham in a large roasting pan. Pour glaze over Ham, pour 1 cup of water into bottom of pan. Cook in preheated 180°c oven for 45-60 minutes. Baste several times during cooking.
If desired, decorate with extra star anise and orange slices.
