Tips for using Equagold Harissa Spice Blend:
- Mix with oil and pat onto kebabs, lamb (with it's hint of mint this is a perfect match) beef or chicken and grill, BBQ
- Add to taste to meat stews and soups
- Try it as a replacement for condiments like mustard
- Sprinkle on salads and bland vegetables
- Perfect partner to chick peas, eggplants and fabulous tossed within a couscous dish
- Mix 2tsp of Harissa with approximately 1-2tbsp of tomato paste, 1 crushed clove of garlic, and enough olive oil to make to a paste of your desired consistency. (This is great served on a dollop of plain yoghurt-with a thin sliced steak or lamb)
