Spanish Salt Flakes, Smoked, come from the South East Spain, and the salt is a fossil salt formed in a large salt pan deep beneath the ground.
They are harvested and processed from the plain salt flakes, and then wood smoked with Oak wood.
The flavour and aroma of this smoked salt flakes is AMAZING.
Beautiful used as an extra sprinkle on the food as it is finished its cooking, or on BBQ meat before you barbeque or grill.
Naturally it can be added into a dish to give a smoked flavour
