Oven Baked Potato Chips

Healthy oven baked and tasty chips or wedges without deep-frying. These chips were made using Equagold Jamaican Spice rub. It’s  a complex and pungent blend of 14 different spices typical of the Jamaican region, with the delicious “jerk” flavour. You can adapt this recipe just by using our other spice blends too – Italian Herb Mix, Berbere, Mexican Spice Rub

Cook Time:45 minutes

Serves:4 person

Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 230 degrees C.
  2. Cut the potatoes into chips (or wedges) Mix olive oil, Jamaican Spice Rub, Pink Salt together. Coat potatoes with oil and spice mixture and spread out on a baking sheet or oven dish.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes in preheated oven.
